Refund policy
Can I return my order?
We offer a 14-day returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at info@scent-obsession.com with your order number and reason for return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
— Unopened and unused
— In their original packaging
— Accompanied by proof of purchase
Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. The Mystery Box is a final sale product — no refunds or exchanges. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@scent-obsession.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
If returning from outside the EU, please mark the parcel as "Returned Goods" with a declared value of €0 — failure to do so may result in customs charges that prevent us from accepting the parcel.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect. Email us at info@scent-obsession.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will make it right immediately — either with a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@scent-obsession.com.
European Union — 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
