Shipping policy

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive an automated tracking email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Next-day delivery is available — place your order before 12pm and it will be dispatched for next business day delivery. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Europe and 5–10 business days internationally.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, tariffs and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Scent Obsession has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

Contact us immediately at info@scent-obsession.com and we will do everything we can to update it before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or re-route your package. Scent Obsession cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If a package is returned due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of reshipping. If you choose not to reship, a refund will be issued minus any shipping costs incurred.


My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received anything.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please first check with your neighbours, building manager or local post office — packages are often left in secure locations.

Once a tracking status shows delivered, Scent Obsession cannot be held liable for missing packages. If you have checked all of the above and still cannot locate your order, please contact us at info@scent-obsession.com.
